About Rachele Epp
Hi! My name is Rachele Epp, and I am so glad you are here. Sometimes life seems overwhelming. You may be tired, anxious, depressed, and struggling with all the life difficulties that got you here. That’s where I can help. Together, we will set on a journey to help you break free from the things that are holding you back and help you find the hope and healing you desire. My 30+ years of counseling experience and expertise will enable you to overcome paralyzing fear, poor self-confidence, nagging depression, and find freedom from the grip of painful memories.
My therapy approach is very individualized based on your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of therapies, including EMDR and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. My specialties include anxiety issues, depression, and trauma. As a Christian, I am happy to apply biblical principles to your therapy upon request. Whatever your background, I will strive to help you find hope and freedom from the pain you are experiencing using the values and belief system you bring to therapy.
Counseling has been my lifelong passion. I have enjoyed working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. After moving from Nebraska to Florida, I opened my private practice in Fort Myers, where I continue to pursue my passion of helping others. When I am not seeing clients, I love to garden, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
