Rates & Insurance
I charge $150 for a 50-minute session and $225 for an 80-minute session. Most sessions are 50 minutes, but occasionally, we may agree to meet for longer in order to process deeper issues.
I do not work directly with any insurance plans, but I am able to provide the necessary documentation for you to file for out-of-network reimbursement. I accept cash, check, or credit card payment at the time of service. If you are interested in filing for out-of-network reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to verify out-of-network benefits and preferred procedures for seeking reimbursement.
I accept cash, check, credit card or health savings account cards as forms of payment.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health therapy will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like session fees, assessment fees, etc.
- Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment. You can also ask your provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I have saved your appointment time specifically for you. If you have a scheduling problem, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Late cancellations will be charged the full session fee. You will never be charged for cancellations due to illness or unforeseen emergencies. I will also not charge a cancellation fee if you are able to reschedule for another time in the same week.
