What is CBT?
What we think and do can influence how we feel. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) addresses cognitions and behaviors in order to change how we feel. It has been proven to work with many different mental health issues.
What is EMDR?
One of the therapies I provide is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or EMDR. EMDR has been proven to be highly effective in treating a wide variety of disorders from depression to severe trauma.
